Friday 5th March

Just over a week to go now and we have been having a heat wave in Cape Town.  Been quite difficult to train because of heavy work commitments, but this weekend we'll tackle the dreaded Suikerbossie again.   Thanks again to all those who helped us get over the R 11,000 mark!

Friday 12th March

Beautiful weather in Cape Town at last but the prediction is for strong winds on Sunday - similar to last year.  Let's hope it won't be that bad.  Everyone and Lance is here and all set to go!  Thanks again for the very generous help.
